Finn and Olive | Commercial Children's Photographer

I loved being a part of Finn and Olive's soft and beautiful line of baby blankets and soft, gauzy bows. I've loved Danielle and her vision for a long time. As I have gotten deeper into motherhood, I value beautiful pieces that serve multiple functions, simplifying our lives and closets. I'm so grateful to be step behind the camera and photograph the beauty and love that go into businesses, and I feel grateful to work with brands whose vision I respect and align with goals as well. Also, how lovely is Little Cottonwood's clothing line? Another brand I love and respect.

Thank you Finn and Olive for having me out and photographing such a lovely children's lifestyle and commercial shoot. I loved every minute!

Summer Magic | Utah Family Photographer

Is there anything sweeter then a summer evening with new friends in a beautiful mountain valley? Sometimes the choice to get out and live a beautiful life is as simple as putting down your phone, packing up all the towels, & sunscreen, & diapers, & chairs, & toys, & snacks. Okay! It's maybe never simple with three kids, but it is 100% worth it.

Also worth it is documenting my own family in our own summer magic. It's something that's easy to forget, since I'm also balancing towel & snack duty, but something I never regret. I'm so grateful for friends like Sharstin, her sweet family and the beauty of simple connections.

There is nothing sweeter then photographing children in the magic wonder of childhood. If you are interested in a similar lifestyle photo session, please contact me here. Let's create your own kind of wonder.

Rachel & Weston | Lifestyle Session

There is a quiet magic in being yourself. In being in love, being happy, finding your person, and sharing a life.

Rachel and Weston's lifestyle photography session was nothing short of magic. Sure, it helped that their hair had it's own story, and Rachel's vintage 501's maybe need their own blog post too, but really the physical space between them is filled with stories, and building a business (check out Weston's amazing leather and metal shop Rose Anvil,) and maybe accepting cats as a pet. The stories that build a shared history find their way into their hands, and their faces, and since I'm sitting in that space with them, finds it's way into my camera and my heart.

I can't imagine anything else I would rather be doing, then stopping time for just a little while.
