Sometimes it’s fun to remember past sessions from the old blog. Today is one of those days.
Because Sallee and Eric were so fabulous and deserve to be archived over here. These two are fabulous together and I loved every nanosecond with them!
Love, Lindsey

This session was a blast. When Bre and Addison showed up, holding these huge balloons, I knew we were going to have a good time. And we really did (wrangling these crazy balloons along with us!) These two are as darling as they come, and so happy and glad to be with each other. Addison first saw Bre at a bus stop, which I think is really cute. There is even a song about that, right?
Bus stop, wet day, she’s there, I say
Please share my umbrella
Bus stop, bus goes, she stays, love grows
Under my umbrella
-The Hollies
But it turns out, they were both acting majors and ended up having almost all their classes together. And now they are married and going out to auditions together. Bre is currently starring in Xanadu at Weber State, which sounds wickedly awesome.
It has been so fun for me to go back and revisit some of my past couples and families, and remember how sweet it is when you are just starting out on your adventure together.

Eliza Jane and Jeff’s wedding was so fun and awesome, in every way. A short dress and seersucker suit wins my heart every time. And a coloring table for little kids and not so little kids? Genius! A backyard reception is one of my favorites, and there were so many homemade touches, that made the day uniquely theirs. I especially loved that Eliza Jane hand-cast Jeff’s ring. How cool is that? But most importantly, Eliza Jane and Jeff, are the real deal. Happy, in-love, but not taking life too seriously. I know their marriage has to be filled with lots of laughs and adventures.
These two tied the know back in 2010, and remain one of my favorite couples ever. Thanks Eliza Jane and Jeff for having me come out, and bask in all of your amazingness!

I loved this bridal session. Mainly for just how simple and lovely it was. Just two people in love, dressed up all fancy in their wedding clothes, spending some quality time in an apple orchard! But mainly, I love how authentic and real Kirstin and David are, and how much their happiness translates in the photos. They are now newlyweds, and I’m so happy for them! Congratulations Kirstin and David!

I shot these two lovebirds last fall, up at Mari’s family property and now they are married and expecting a baby! I’m so happy for them! It was a beautiful day last year, right at the end of Autumn, before the first snow. It’s fun to look back at these, and think about how much has changed and will change for these two. As I said in my original post (way back when) these two are going to have beautiful babies!
Congratulations Mari and Blake!

I have been so excited about this new blog and website. But, once-upon-a-time, not too long ago, my original blog is where all the action happened. So in honor of all my past lovely couples and families, I’m going to have an Archive Week and showcase some of my favorite sessions from the last year or so.
Also, if you ever want to check out my work for the last 3+ years, you can always head over to the original blog here,

As always, thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look. I wouldn’t have a job without all of you, and my wonderful clients, so thank you!
Love, Lindsey

I think I'm just now getnitg the hang of it. It's like what my sister does. She used to collect home decor catalogs to get ideas. Now she doesn't have to do that. Genius.

These are just stunning! Beautiful!
Thanks Abbie!!
These are absolutely gorgeous. So many great shots.
Thanks Jess! It’s easy when you have a bride and groom like these two!
